Evening Rentals 6pm-4am (includes set up and clean up time) br>
Thursday and Sunday $550
Friday and Saturday $750
Saturday and Sunday daytime $450 12-5pm (includes set up and clean up time)
Hourly $80 an hour
Hourly is an option for weekday rentals Monday-Thursday anytime, Friday up to 5pm
Include set up and clean up time to hourly rentals
Add $85 cleaning fee to all rentals.
Overnight Stay can be added to an Evening Rental for $200
Additional Cleaning $200 to hire the cleaning crew to clean entire event
Bedrooms are an addon and are not included in a Rental unless you book Overnight Stay or book them for your Event for $40 per room.
Rentals require a 50% deposit to book.
There is a $300 Security Deposit the day of the rental. It’s a hold and release and is released the following day as long as there are no issues with the Rental. See the Rental Agreement during the booking process or Terms and Conditions for more information.
Waiting List It’s very rare that events cancel but if they do, we can call you!
