All of our time frames INCLUDE the setup and clean up time 🙂

Monday-Friday are flexible with adding time before the 6pm evening time frame begins, it’s $80 an hour. Ask us about full day weekday rentals and weekday start times, we are happy to help customize!

Saturdays we have two events per day or you can book both time slots to book the full day.

Daytime: 11am-4pm, can add up to 2 hours before 11am

Evening: 6pm-3am (you can leave anytime up to 3am, we give until we close for evening rentals)

Sundays are flexible! Anything from 9am-3am as long as our full day is open.

We have two options for cleaning:

$85 basic cleaning fee is added to every Rental

You remove everything you brought into the space and return everything back where it was (including the tables and chairs), we do the actual cleaning.

You don’t need to sweep the whole floor but do throw away any trash on the floor/sweep anything larger on the floor, including broken glass. We don’t allow tape on the floor, tape/residue left on the floor causes additional cleaning and potentially a damage fee.

Please clean spills and don’t leave anything to damage wood surfaces or leave stains.

+$200 ($285 total) for additional cleaning

You take anything with you that you don’t want thrown away, turn off the lights, lock the side door and the front door and head out, our cleaners will handle the rest

The whole space is 3500 sq ft

The main room is 1250 sq ft

Yes! In general we tour Monday-Thursday 11am-2pm (start times) with an appointment with our tour guide.

We have 2 bathrooms, they are single rooms with a lock, no gender designation. They are wheelchair accessible

The ceiling is over 20ft tall at its highest point, the raters are 12ft tall so check that the max height of anything coming into the space is 12ft or less. Check with us if it’s something narrow that could fit between the rafters.

Yes! There’s a full kitchen with a sink, full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two-burner electric cooktop, stainless prep tables.

Note there is no full size stove/oven and no ice machine.

There is a room next to the kitchen that can be used for catering overflow too.

No, please bring ice. We have the freezer in the refrigerator and we have a cooler in the storage room, please bring coolers if you need a lot of ice.

There is a gas station a few blocks over on Navigation Blvd.

Use the side door for anyone with accessibility needs. It’s a double door and flat entry off the sidewalk. We have cones in the storage room you may use to block off the street to save spots near the side door.

The restrooms are single restrooms and wheelchair friendly.

The final payment is due 45 days before the event date. You will receive a text and email reminder on day 45 and make the final payment via the emailed invoice. Click pay now at the bottom, under the amount due.

Yes, we do have a patio. During summer months we close it off because the only access point is a garage door and opening the large door brings the outside in so it will get hot inside.

During cooler months, the patio is a great addition to the space!

Clear string/what you need to hang from the hooks on the top of the short walls (9ft tall) or from the rafters (12ft tall)

A phone/device you can use for music that won’t get calls/texts coming through the speaker

Extension cords- we do have some but bring some to be safe in case the event before you accidentally packs them

You don’t need to bring:

Toilet paper

Paper towels for bathrooms

Hand soap

Dish soap

Ladder

Cleaning supplies

We allow: 

Outside food and drinks

Band/Dj (they bring their own equipment including speakers)

Painters tape

Wall Putty ( for hanging decor on walls )

Use hooks on the top of the walls and rafters when possible

Stage- with proof of insurance only

We don’t allow:

Holes in the walls- No nails, hooks, screws, tacks, staples, push pins, command tape or any other tape that will damage walls

Tape on the floor

Indoor smoking ($300 fine)

Glitter/silly string- confetti is ok, sweep it up and clean up outside

A stage or anything elevated without proof of insurance

Anything tied to the ceiling higher than the rafters (if you remove it yourself, that is ok)

$300 fine for anything left higher than the rafters that we have to remove

Under 21 events that aren’t family events (no underage drinking)

Fire/fireworks/pyrotechnics
