Communicating with Sharespace

We communicate with the Renter listed on the Rental Agreement and one other person, otherwise we all risk poor communication and mixups. The additional person must be listed on your Invoice, send us an email with their info if they are not listed at the time of your rental.

Outside Deliveries: Deliveries must be made only during the hours you have the space booked. We are not able to allow for rental drop-offs/pick-ups at anytime outside of your rental hours due to other events in the space. We also do not have extra storage for left items or to hold items. Charges and fees will apply for late pick-ups, left items, boxes, furniture etc. 

What You Need to Bring

30-55gal black trash bags we provide 2 trash cans
Table linens/covers see table info below
Paper Towels

Wall Putty if hanging anything on the walls (no holes in walls- no tacks, nails, screws, staples, hooks, etc.)
Balloons for outside to help people find the space
Computer, iphone or ipod for music we have a bluetooth stereo with small speakers
SPEAKERS FOR YOUR SMALL BAND only 3 piece (or less) bands allowed. A DJ is not allowed at this location

Extension cord
Trash cans + ladder

 

The Day of the Rental, What To Expect

Parking: 

We have a parking lot that holds 5 vehicles. We also have free parking around and along the building. As always, please be sure to read all street signs to avoid parking tickets and/or being towed.

  • Emancipation- 5 parking spots in front of building and free parking along street.
  • Barbee Street- Free parking along street.

You won’t need to meet us there, you will receive instructions to our key-box.

The front door can be unlocked so guests can come and go, please be sure to re-lock at the end of your event and place the key back in the key-box.
The furniture will be set up as it is in the photos, how you saw it during the tour. You can move/rearrange the furniture, it must be returned to its original place.

2 trash cans that hold 30-55gal trash bags
All of the furniture we have set up (see photos). You can re-arrange the furniture and move furniture out of the room as well.

Up to 10 round cocktail tables available for rent at $15 each
Two options for pole height: 30” and 42” (30” is standard height, 42” is bar height)

Fitted White Cocktail Table Covers available for rent at $10 each

Fitted Black Cocktail Table Covers available for rent at $10 each

Up to 70 Black Fitted Chair Covers available for rent at $2 each.

Up to 70 White Fitted Chair Covers available for rent at $2 each.

Uplighting (set of 8) available for rent $100

Projector (no screen) available for rent $35 HDMI connection. If your device is not HDMI compatible you will need to bring an HDMI adapter.

Cotton Candy Machine available for rent $50 (Includes 3 sugar flavors, 100 cones and machine clean up)
