COMMUNICATING WITH SHARESPACE

We communicate with the Renter listed on the Rental Agreement and one other person, otherwise we all risk poor communication and mixups. The additional person must be listed on your Invoice, send us an email with their info if they are not listed at the time of your rental.

Outside Deliveries: Deliveries must be made only during the hours you have the space booked. We are not able to allow for rental drop-offs/pick-ups at anytime outside of your rental hours due to other events in the space. We also do not have extra storage for left items or to hold items. Charges and fees will apply for late pick-ups, left items, boxes, furniture etc. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

30-55gal trash bags for metal frame trash cans (we have 4)
Table linens/covers (see table dimensions below). Tables seat 4-6, Oblong Cotton linens fit with a little hang over. The tables get beat up, bring covers if they need to look good. We also have linens available for rent! See below*
Paper Towels

Dishware and/or paper cups/plates etc
Wall Putty if hanging anything on the walls (no holes in walls- no tacks, nails, screws, staples, hooks, etc.)
Clear string (fishing wire) or other string if hanging anything from the rafters
Balloons for outside to help people find the space
It’s a good idea to bring a USB cord for the speakers (the same as you’d use to charge your phone/device) just to be sure there’s a working cable

SPEAKERS FOR YOUR DJ Our speakers are only for plugging in a phone/device

THE DAY OF THE RENTAL, WHAT TO EXPECT

PARKING

The Cotton Brothers lot across the street from our entrance is TYPICALLY available for guest parking after 6pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. This lot parking is just a courtesy from Cotton Brothers but unfortunately is not guaranteed. If their trucks/tanks are parked here please DO NOT park in the lot – around and/or blocking any of their trucks.

This lot is not owned by us! You are not able to sell tickets for lot parking. There is also plenty of street parking on the side streets around the building (like N. Adams and Bryan St) and on Navigation Blvd! Please DO NOT block any garage doors or gates on Bryan St. or in front of the Cotton Brothers garage on Bryan St. YOU WILL BE TOWED. Parking for weekday events Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm is street parking ONLY. The Cotton Brothers lot is not available for parking during weekday business hours. 

LOCK YOUR VEHICLES AND KEEP VALUABLES OUT OF SIGHT. 

You won’t need to meet us there, your door code will be the last 4 digits of the mobile number on file and will be activated at the time of your rental.

There’s a welcome packet posted in the cabinet ABOVE THE OVEN with check in and check out information in it.
The front door can be unlocked so guests can come and go, please be sure to re-lock at the end of your event.
The furniture will be set up as it is in the photos, how you saw it during the tour. You can move/rearrange the furniture, it must be returned to the room it came from.

The wifi code is posted in the venue.
There are instructions for using the speakers posted above the receiver. Bluetooth, Auxiliary, USB connections for iphone/ipod connection only. DJ or band must provide their own speakers.

 

WHAT COMES WITH THE SPACE

10 White Rectangle tables (5ft long)

Seats 6 if you use the ends. You’ll find them in room 1. The legs screw into the base easily, assemble as many as you need! Break them back down at the end of your event.

6 White folding tables (5 of those folding tables are 6’x 2 1/2′, 1 folding table is 5′ x 2 1/2′ and the remaining 10 are 59″x 29 1/2″ those 10 have legs that you twist in for easy assembly! 

20 White folding chairs without padded cushions 

24 White folding chairs with padded cushions 

30 Regular White chairs (non-folding)

Projector + Screen mounted HDMI connection. If your device is not HDMI compatible you will need to bring an HDMI adapter.

Blackout Curtains to be hung for daytime events using the projector ***AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

Speakers mounted throughout the space (will not replace a DJ and not able to be used by a DJ) DJs need to bring their own speakers and equipment.

4 metal trash can frames that hold 30-55gal trash bags
All of the furniture we have set up (see photos). You can re-arrange the furniture and move furniture out of the room as well.

Silver Rod w/ clips for you to hang a backdrop! Located upstairs in the left corner above the couches. The rod is 10 inches across and is 9ft 3in from the floor. There are 18 non-removable clips.

Wifi there is free wifi! You can find the password in the welcome binder.
