We communicate with the Renter listed on the Rental Agreement and one other person, otherwise we all risk poor communication and mixups. The additional person must be listed on your Invoice, send us an email with their info if they are not listed at the time of your rental.
Outside Deliveries: Deliveries must be made only during the hours you have the space booked. We are not able to allow for rental drop-offs/pick-ups at anytime outside of your rental hours due to other events in the space. We also do not have extra storage for left items or to hold items. Charges and fees will apply for late pick-ups, left items, boxes, furniture etc.
30-55gal trash bags for metal frame trash cans (we have 4)
Table linens/covers (see table dimensions below). Tables seat 4-6, Oblong Cotton linens fit with a little hang over. The tables get beat up, bring covers!
Paper Towels/Towels for spills
Dishware and/or paper cups/plates etc
Wall Putty if hanging anything on the walls (no holes in walls- no tacks, nails, screws, staples, hooks, etc.)
Clear string (fishing wire) or other string if hanging anything from the rafters

The thermostat is near the restrooms, stays on 65, please keep on 65 during the summer/warmer months!
The front door can be unlocked so guests can come and go by pushing the unlock icon on the door lock from the inside, please be sure to re-lock at the end of your event.
WARNING
Please do not keep the doors open while you are loading in or loading out. When it’s hot outside, it sucks the AC right out of the space and it cannot recover during your event and it will be hot inside. Please be courteous for the next event and keep the door closed after your event as well.
PARKING FOR EVENTS: The private driveway in front of Sharespace – Preston St. parks up to 4 cars. The parking lot to the right is a paid public parking lot. It is conveniently located next door but we have no affiliation with this public lot. They TYPICALLY charge $5 per car but will increase the rate if there’s a game or something happening in the area. We do not have information about their rates ahead of time, it’s what’s posted on their pay station. Our experience is that they don’t raise the rate unless there’s a public event happening in the area. Please be sure your guests pay them. There’s a pay station if no attendant. If the pay station is not working for some reason, let us know and we will do our best to help fix the issue. We cannot guarantee or control their actions, Sharespace is not responsible for this parking lot. This paid public lot is not free at any time. They will boot for non-payment. PLEASE NOTE: Full day rentals are subject to additional/all day parking fees. The parking lot to the left of us is a private lot for next door, there is no parking available at this lot. YOU WILL BE TOWED. There is also metered street parking around the building.
You won’t need to meet us there, your door code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number on your invoice and will be activated at the exact time of your rental.

You can move/rearrange the furniture, it must be returned to the room it came from.

There are instructions for using the speakers posted above the receiver. Bluetooth, Auxiliary, USB connections.
The Receiver: Located behind the white cabinets in the kitchen, the receiver plays music in the main room through the ceiling-mounted speakers
How to connect via Bluetooth: Turn the small knob to Bluetooth and pair your device. We have a label with the name of the receiver you will be pairing to on it.
Pro Tip: Make sure the volume of your personal device is turned all the way up
